I bought a Hypnos mattress from Jones & Tomlin after getting some tips at their Horsham location. After around 3 years, it started sagging and became pretty uncomfortable to sleep on, which seems to be a common issue based on other Hypnos reviews. Jones & Tomlin just brushed me off by setting up a 'sag test' that was super basic and didn’t really hold any scientific weight—they later said the mattress was still within acceptable limits.

Even though the mattress came with a 10-year warranty, it only held up for 3 years.

They offered me a 20% discount on a new mattress, which made me question why they’d do that if there were no issues with the original one.

I ended up tossing the Hypnos mattress and got a different brand, definitely not from Jones & Tomlin.

On August 21, my wife and I checked out Bosham to look at mattresses and seek some advice. We spent about 10 minutes inside without any engagement from the two middle-aged guys working there. It felt like we weren’t really welcome, especially since other customers who came in after us were treated way better. We decided to take our business somewhere else.

The bed set was priced just as competitively as any other place, ordered a couple, and it was ready for quick shipping. We messed up and needed to exchange one, and it was handled in just a few days, with fantastic assistance from Lewis Evans. Jones and Tomlin is, sadly, a unique find in today's market. For sure, they’re in my top ten of retailers/suppliers.

I was on the hunt for the Sophie Allport Foxes Duvet Set - Single, but John Lewis was out of stock since they had it on sale. I placed my order late Sunday night and it arrived at my doorstep without any delivery fees by Tuesday morning. Just fantastic! I’ll surely be shopping here again.

I had a chat with Lewis who was handling my order, and let me tell you, he’s the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with. I was having a tough time with my payment for a few days and couldn’t figure out where it went, plus I hadn’t gotten any email confirmation from Jones and Tomlin, which made me anxious about whether they got it. But after talking to Lewis, he reassured me that he would track down the payment and told me not to stress. He shipped my items yesterday, and I just got them this morning, and I absolutely LOVE THEM!!! This is hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced, and I would totally recommend this company!!!

I got myself a Vispring bed base protector. There was a bit of a hold-up in getting it, but hey, better late than never, right? It's a pricey piece, but it seems to be really well made, and I have no doubt it’ll hold up for years to come.

Incredible assistance from Luke. I reached out twice for help with products and never felt like I was bothering anyone, even with all my questions. J&T has really good prices, and I'm happy to support local businesses, particularly during these times.
